The Sonic Boom Race will be a fast paced criterium style bicycle race through the streets of Downtown Louisville promoted by the local race team Sonic Boom Racing.
In its inaugural year we are expecting approximately 500 participants and many more spectators. The participants will range from professional racers to local citizens in the cruiser race and kids in the tykes on bikes event.
Bicycle races, and especially downtown criteriums like The Sonic Boom Race, provide excellent exposure opportunities for companies. In one day your company can receive access to a cross-section of people.
There will be two major points of contact with all the racers, the race headquarters in the Lucky Pie parking lot and a closed off block of Walnut St. which will serve as a staging area for all racers. Expo booth space is limited in both areas and will be assigned in a first come – first served basis. A variety of space is available for banner placements along the course, prices vary according to linear foot and proximity to the finish line.
